Phase 1

Live Ranking

During the show, each player builds a personal top-10 ranking of entries. Rankings lock when voting closes. This feeds directly into Phases 2 and 3.

Phase 2

Jury Points

For each jury country, only their 12-point award counts. If that entry is in the player's top 10, points are earned based on the rank the player gave it.

Phase 3

Public Vote

A player earns all public points received by their #1 ranked entry only. The higher the player's pick placed with the public, the more they score.

Winner = highest Phase 2 + Phase 3 total.
